BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
All bookings are subject to the Sorcerer Lodge Waiver.
The Sorcerer Lodge Waiver includes a release of liability, waiver of claims and indemnity agreement, and is provided in full during the trip registration process. All individuals participating in a trip must agree to the Waiver during the trip registration process and must sign a paper copy of the Waiver at the pre-trip meeting. Sorcerer Lodge, at their sole discretion, reserves the right to amend the Waiver at any time.

Pricing varies by date and type of the trip. Refer to the Bookings page to view the price options that apply for your trip.
WINTER SKI TRIPS
Non-refundable Price Option
This trip pricing option is intended for those who are 100% committed to skiing with us next season. Nothing is going to stop you. You should be comfortable with the risk that you may become injured, or that life circumstances could change. It is also important that you have explicitly considered the potential that travel restrictions or requirements in either Canada or your home country could impact your holiday. You have also obtained coverage under a reliable and generous trip cancellation insurance policy (“Cancel For Any Reason” type policies are highly recommended).
- All reservations and bookings are specific to the individual(s) named at the time of booking and are non-transferable.
- All payments made are non-refundable.
- The full trip price is due at the time of booking, and payment must be received to confirm your reservation.
- Guest bedrooms are dual occupancy. Guests are encouraged to book with a trusted friend or partner. Single participants will be required to share a room with another participant.
- If, ahead of the start date of a trip, Sorcerer Lodge cancels, decides not to operate, or is unable to operate the trip you are booked to participate in, you will be offered a full refund or credit.
- If, on or after the start date of a trip, circumstances arise which require Sorcerer Lodge to temporarily close or otherwise cease operating a trip that you are participant on, no refunds or credits will be offered.
A variety of things could happen that might prevent you from coming on your trip. These could include, but are not limited to: illness, injury, family circumstances, travel issues/mishaps, or travel restrictions should a pandemic occur.
Sorcerer Lodge will not be liable for these or any other circumstances that prevent you attending a trip that we operate.
Installment Price Option
This pricing option is for you if you are at all unsure about your ability to attend the trip, or are having difficulty obtaining a relevant trip cancellation insurance policy. This pricing option makes you eligible for a partial refund, right up to 72 hours ahead of the trip.
- All reservations and bookings are specific to the individual(s) named at the time of booking, and are non-transferable.
- A booking deposit of $1,800 CAD per space is due when you make your reservation.
- The balance of your trip price is due 90 days ahead of the trip start date. Late payment of the balance due will result in forfeiture of your space.
- If a participant wishes to cancel a booking, written notice of cancellation must be sent to info@sorcererlodge.com. Written notice of cancellation entitles the participant to a refund or credit according to these terms.
- All refunds or credits offered are subject to a $500 administration fee. The administration fee will be applied per space refunded or credited.
- Notice of cancellation, received in writing, more than 3 weeks in advance of the trip start date entitle the participant to a full refund or credit, less the administration fee.
- Notice of cancellation, received in writing, less than 3 weeks in advance of the trip start date entitle the participant to a 75% refund or credit, less the administration fee.
- Participants who no-show for their trip, notify Sorcerer Lodge less than 72 hours ahead of the trip start, or who do not provide written notice of cancellation are not entitled to any refund or credit.

FULL LODGE BOOKINGS
- To reserve the whole lodge, the group organizer must enter names and personal email addresses for a minimum of 6 individuals to the booking request form. Groups reserving the whole lodge have until September 1st to fill the remaining spaces to meet the 12 guest capacity of the lodge.
- All spaces must be booked by and registered to individuals. Individuals that are part of the same group may pay together (single invoice), but invoices for individual spaces will only be generated once an individual has completed their registration form and agreed to be bound by the Sorcerer Lodge Waiver. Spaces cannot be paid-for in advance of an individual being identified and registered to the trip.
- Individual trip registrations are subject to the Sorcerer Lodge Booking Terms and Conditions and cannot be re-sold, transferred, or assigned to other individuals once the registration form has been completed. Each individual who confirms their registration on the trip is subject to the terms and conditions of the price option they select on their personal trip registration form.
- If a full lodge reservation has not filled the 12 spots as of September 1st, Sorcerer Lodge will contact the group organizer and provide two options to fill remaining unsold spaces.
- If the group would like to keep the booking exclusive to their friends and invitees, the group organizer will be asked to agree in writing to cover the listed price of any unsold spaces before the trip start date. This cost can be either divided between participants or invoiced to one person as directed by the group.
- If the group does not want to cover cost of the remaining spaces, Sorcerer will start advertising the spaces and make them available to other individuals outside of the group on a first-come, first-served basis. The group is welcome to continue recruiting during this time, but spaces will no longer be held exclusively for those invited by the group organizer.
- Overflow capacity up to a total of 15 guests is available exclusively to groups who reserve the whole lodge. Group organizers are under no obligation to recruit or fill the lodge beyond 12 people. Additional guest spaces will be invoiced at the list price for the trip. Overflow guests can be added at any point up to 72 hours before the trip start date.
- If Sorcerer Lodge receives notice of cancellation from guests who purchased the Installment Option causing the total number of guests registered for the trip to fall below 12, we will attempt to resell these spaces to bring the total number of registrations and paid spaces back to 12. Sorcerer will contact the group organizer to notify that a cancellation has been received and, if time permits, will provide the group organizer with opportunity to recruit a replacement. Pending proximity to the trip start date, Sorcerer Lodge reserves the right to immediately begin advertising any spaces that open due to cancellations.
